The Process
MyCustomJeweler.com is a company of professional manufacturing jewelers and artisans who have been creating custom designed works of art for discerning couples and individuals for over fifty years. Richard Anthony Miller is a professional jewelry designer, wax model carver and master of the lost wax casting process. His ability to understand your personal vision and translate it into a two dimensional rendering, then a perfectly carved wax model of the intended piece, and ultimately the precious metal casting is truly a process which only a few gifted idividuals can still claim to have an intimate working knowledge of in this day of mass produced jewelry. At MyCustomJeweler.com you communicate personally with Mr. Miller and his team to create your own custom designed work of art. From the first telephone or e-mail contact to exchanges of sketches, digital images of the wax models, and finally your one-of-a-kind creation, you have total control of the process. We believe that jewelry should be as special and unique as the person who wears it.
The actual process goes like this: You have a concept, hierloom you want to reproduce,a picture from a magazine or the internet or whatever. Then you call us or E-mail the picture to us here at Mycustomjeweler.com and then we work out the details one-on-one, the metal you wish the finished piece to be- platinum,18 karat,14 karat white or yellow gold, as well as the precious gems to be incorporated like diamonds, if any. We'll create a wax model of the piece and e-mail you the image for your approval. When all is to your liking we then cast the wax model in the appropriate metal and painstakingly finish your custom designed jewelry with the kind of attention-to-detail old world quality that only a devoted craftsman can provide.
When you have purchased a custom made piece from us at Mycustomjeweler.com, you've become part of a family tradition of quality and passion for the art. Mr. Miller and his team of craftsmen stand behind every single item we create with integrity, pride, and the confidence that comes from two generations of satisfied clients. I invite you to please take a tour of our gallery pages for a look at some of our recently created custom pieces as well as shopping our on-line store, in which we feature unique works of art from our own shop.Whatever your heart's desire, call us...and lets's make it happen.
